About Hadi

Originally from Afghanistan, Hadi Qasemi is now based in Stockholm, Sweden.

It was in Sweden that he discovered his passion for art and design—something that gave his life new meaning and a fresh perspective. As a young refugee, art became his first language, allowing him to express himself, his emotions, and the experiences that shaped him.

Today, Hadi Qasemi is an artist, human rights activist, and public speaker. Alongside teaching art, he has donated several of his works and raised over half a million kronor for organizations such as Musikhjälpen, Project Playground, and Human Rights Watch, supporting their vital efforts.
